Payment for Orders
There are three payment options
At your request, we send orders across Ukraine, both by cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) and by 100% prepayment.
1. Cash payment upon receipt (cash on delivery)
Payment upon receipt and inspection of the order at the New Post office. An additional commission is charged by New mail for sending money: 2$ + 2% of the order value.
2. Prepayment to the Privat Bank card
Convenient and fast option without additional payments. You pick up your order without paying the New Mail commission for sending money.
3. Cashless payment to the current account
Please note that we are not VAT payers and work according to a simplified taxation system - FOP of the 2nd group.

Delivery
Free delivery across Ukraine to the specified branch of New Mail or address courier delivery for an additional fee.

1. Delivery to the office of New mail.
Orders placed with delivery to Nova Poshta are sent:
on the day of the order (if the order is placed and confirmed by the manager before 16:00 of the current day);
the next business day (if the order was received and / or confirmed after 4:00 pm of the current day, as well as if the order was received on Sunday);
on a certain day (as agreed with the manager).
Immediately after sending your order, you will receive an SMS notification from us with the TTN tracker number and the delivery date.

WE RECOMMEND to make a visit to the Nova Poshta branch to receive an order, within 1-3 working days from the day the parcel arrives. The storage period for the parcel (order) at the Nova Poshta branch is 5 working days, starting from the day of arrival. After the expiration of the specified period, the parcel with your order will automatically return back to the city of Dnipro.
IMPORTANT! If you have confirmed the relevance of the order and the goods were delivered to the specified branch of Nova Poshta, but you did not appear for the parcel, in this case, the online store reserves the right to send your order in the future only on condition of 100% prepayment.
The possibility of other options and conditions for sending orders can be agreed with the managers of our online store.
2. Courier delivery to your address.
This method of delivery provides for the delivery of goods to your home or any other address by courier company "New Mail" in cities where there are offices.
This service can be ordered during communication with our manager, who will definitely call you back after receiving the order.
Upon receipt of the parcel, you will need to pay:
1. Order value (cash on delivery);
2. New mail commission for sending money (2$ + 2% of the order amount), if the parcel was not prepaid.
3. The cost of courier delivery services, which depends on the weight of the order (size and number of bottles). For example, the cost of delivery of one bottle / thermos will cost approximately 5$.
Immediately after sending the parcel, you will receive an SMS with the number of the consignment note, the date of arrival, the cost of delivery and the cost of the ordered goods.
Important! Upon receipt from the courier, the order must be checked, in case of comments on the goods, an act of claim is drawn up immediately on the spot.
