How to use the Promo Code
To activate the discount, copy and paste the promotional code while filling out the Order Form in the appropriate field and click the Activate button.
The cost of the order will be recalculated automatically taking into account the discount. If this does not happen, check the correctness of the promotional code and the timing of the promotion.
What are the payment options?
There are three payment options.
1. Cash on delivery
When choosing this option, you only pay the cost of sending money to us. At the tariffs of "New mail" the cost of this service is 20 UAH plus 2% of the order value. We take care of the delivery costs of the parcel, it will be free for you.
2. Card of Privat Bank
If you want to completely get rid of additional costs, you can make a 100% prepayment of the purchase price to our Privatbank card. In this case, you pay only for the cost of the bottle indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
3. Payment to current account
Please note that we are not VAT payers and we work according to a simplified taxation system - FOP of the 2nd group.
What is the cost of shipping?
We promptly process and dispatch all orders during the current day if the application was received before 4 p.m. and the next day if the application was received after 4 p.m.
Are bottles dishwasher safe?
But the flasks themselves, we do not recommend washing in this way.
Excessive heat plus the aggressive action of the detergent can damage the protective matte finish of the bottle.
The bottle flask does not absorb odors and does not stain. Therefore, to keep it clean, it is enough to use a kitchen detergent and a soft brush.

Checking the Tightness of the Thermos
Fill the thermos with boiling water straight from the kettle and screw the lid back on. To avoid scalding, be careful when pouring boiling water into the flask. Do not hold the thermos in your hands while filling with boiling water.
After about 5 minutes, pick up the thermos. The cap and top of the bulb may be slightly warm, this is normal. But if you feel any hot spots below the bend line of the bulb (s), the insulation was broken in transit and you are entitled to a replacement.

How long will the drink stay hot?
This is how one of our customers describes the process. The Harmony 1 liter thermos was tested. with a standard cover.
- So, testing in the cold.
3 hours - boiling water, it is impossible to drink.
4 hours - the temperature of the liquid is approaching non-scalding.
5 hours - you can drink normally.
10 o'clock is still warm tea.
12 hours is just warm.
Which lid keeps the temperature better?
To keep the drink hot or cold longer, we recommend using the "Standard" lid with a flexible handle. By virtue of its design features, the "Sport" cover has a large heat loss. It is convenient for a short use of a thermos for 4-6 hours and is simply irreplaceable in the summer.
But if you need the drink to stay hot / cold for a longer time, use the "Standard" lid with a flexible handle for this.
Filling the thermos correctly with a hot drink
After filling the thermos with a hot drink, the top of the flask (bend line) and the lid will warm up slightly, this is normal. The thermos itself must remain cold and not be covered with condensation, regardless of the temperature of the liquid in it.
Thermos care
1. Wash thermoses in a dishwasher.
The dishwasher can heat the thermos quite strongly and this can affect the insulating properties of the flask and discolor the powder coating.
The lids are dishwasher safe. The lid may last longer if washed by hand, but if it needs deep cleaning, a dishwasher is acceptable.
2. Place the thermos in the freezer.
Thanks to the double-walled vacuum insulation, the water inside the thermos will not change the temperature and will not freeze. If you want to chill your drink, put some ice cubes inside a thermos.
3. Attempt to heat the drink using a fire or microwave.
4. Use detergents containing bleach or chlorine for cleaning.
Keeping clean.
After each use, wash the thermos in warm, soapy water with a soft brush.
Removing stains.
Use household vinegar to remove stains or lighten the flask inside the thermos. Pour half a glass of vinegar into a flask. Shake gently to wash all affected areas and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat as needed.
You can also use baking soda for cleaning. For stubborn stains inside the flask, mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with a little warm water to form a cleaning paste. Apply the paste to the affected area inside the flask. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.
Guarantee
Water bottles: 12 months.
Thermos: 24 months.
HARMONY guarantees each of our products a warranty against manufacturer defects. We will replace any of our products found to be defective during the warranty period, subject to normal and proper use.
Replacement or refund within 14 days.
If for any reason the product purchased from us does not meet your standards, you can return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. Whatever the reason, send your order back for a replacement or full refund. At the same time, the products should not have any damages, dents, scuffs received during operation. The water bottles must be returned in their packaging.
Broken or leaking covers.
If your cap breaks or starts leaking, we will replace it. Please note that in order to confirm the claim, we may ask you to send a photo or video to our address info@myharmony.com.ua.
The thermos has lost its insulating properties.
You can check the thermal insulation of a thermos at home with boiling water. Fill the thermos with boiling water straight from the kettle and screw the lid back on. To avoid scalding, be careful when pouring boiling water into the flask. Do not hold the thermos in your hands while filling with boiling water. After about 5 minutes, pick up the thermos. If you feel any hot spots below the bend line of the bulb, the insulation has been broken and you are eligible for a replacement.
